TERMS & CONDITIONS



1 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you are registered and confirmed, cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to sbsummit@gkenchantedfarm.com. All cancellations received by The Secretariat on or before December 30, 2016 (GMT+8), are entitled to a refund, minus a Php4,200 processing fee. No refunds will be given to registrants who cancel after said date or who fail to attend the Summit – absolutely no exceptions will be made for any reason, including medical or family emergencies or weather conditions.


2 SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions for paid registrants may be made until end of day, December 30, 2016. However, written notice is required, and for complete accuracy, must include all pertinent changes for the substituting attendee. Send us an email - sbsummit@gkenchantedfarm.com.
3 PAYMENTS FOR THE SUMMIT

PAY to confirm your slot. You may pay  ban bank deposit or via our online payment system. No onsite payments will be accepted.

•Via bank deposit: Account Name- GK Enchanted Farm Innovations, Inc. Current Account # 008213-0667-58 and the address is 0821- Norzagaray, Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI) (Swift Code: BOPIPHMM). IMPORTANT: Please send a copy of your deposit slip to sbsummit@gkenchantedfarm.com for easier confirmation of payment.

• Via online payment: a link will be sent thru email. If paying using someone else’s credit card, please send a copy of the credit card to sbsummit@gkenchantedfarm.com. Registration is not confirmed until paid. Should you be facilitating payment for other delegates, please specify their names to hasten the confirmation process.

Once all logistical arrangements and balance payables have been settled, you will receive a final email confirming total payment and accommodation arrangements, final reminders and other summit related information
